Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mahilu Solutions provides services on a project basis. Fees, payment milestones and cancellation terms are set out in the written proposal or agreement for each project. This page summarises how we approach them.
Before a project starts
Sending an enquiry through the website is free and creates no obligation. No payment is taken through this website.
Paid projects
Payments are made against the milestones in your agreement. Each proposal states what is refundable and what is not, so you know the terms before you pay.
Cancelling a project
If you cancel part-way, work already completed and costs already incurred are billed as set out in your agreement. Anything paid for work not yet started is handled under the same agreement.
If something is wrong
If a deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell us in writing. We will correct it under the terms of the agreement, or discuss a fair resolution.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or account, within the timeline stated in your agreement.
