- Does Kirmas work offline?
- Yes. You can record attendance and payments offline, because they are saved on your device. You need an internet connection only when you want to back up your records.
- Where are my records stored?
- On your own device. Backups go to your own Google Drive, on your schedule, not to a Kirmas server.
- What reports can I generate?
- An attendance report, a full employee directory report, or a single worker's complete statement. Each has a preview and a one-tap download or share.
- Can I record advances?
- Yes. Log an advance or a payment in one tap, attach a photo of the receipt, and the worker's balance updates straight away.
- Can I protect the app on a shared phone?
- You can lock the app with a 4-digit PIN, and with a fingerprint or Face ID on supported phones. The lock helps protect your records, but you should still take normal care of your phone.
- Does it sync across several phones or support other languages?
- Not at the moment. Kirmas is built for one owner on one device, and those additions are not available yet.
